1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MyCraftStore platform at mycraftstore.us (the "Platform"), operated by Tier One Business Services, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company doing business as MyCraftStore, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including store owners, buyers, affiliates, and visitors. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Description of Service

MyCraftStore provides a hosted e-commerce platform that allows independent craft makers and artisans to create and operate their own branded online stores. Features include product listings, order management, customer accounts, payment processing via Stripe, and the Maker Network — a cooperative product-sharing layer that allows store owners to sell products from other makers and earn commissions.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To access most features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@mycraftstore.us

You may not share your account with others or create accounts for the purpose of circumventing these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that appear to be misused.

4. Payments and Fees

MyCraftStore charges a small per-transaction platform fee on completed sales. There are no monthly fees, setup fees, or listing fees. You only pay when a sale is made.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Store owners must connect a valid Stripe account to receive payouts. By using Stripe through our Platform, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Transaction fees are deducted from the sale amount before payout. Current fee rates are disclosed during account setup. We reserve the right to update fees with at least 30 days' written notice.

5. Maker Network

Participation in the Maker Network is entirely voluntary. By sharing products in the Maker Network, you grant other platform store owners a non-exclusive license to list and sell your products through their storefronts, subject to the commission rate you specify.

Makers retain responsibility for fulfilling orders for their own products, regardless of which store made the sale. Commission rates and payment terms are governed by the Maker Network settings you configure in your dashboard.

6. SMS Text Message Communications

Store owners and affiliates may opt in to receive transactional SMS notifications from MyCraftStore. The following terms govern all SMS communications sent through our Platform.

Consent and Opt-In

SMS notifications are strictly opt-in. By providing your mobile phone number and enabling the "Text me when I receive a new order" option in your account settings, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from MyCraftStore. You are not required to opt in to SMS as a condition of using the Platform.

Message Types and Frequency

We send only transactional SMS messages — specifically, order notification alerts when a customer places a new order in your store or purchases a product you supply through the Maker Network. We do not send promotional, marketing, or advertising text messages. Message frequency varies based on your order volume.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.MyCraftStore does not charge separately for SMS notifications.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:

• Unchecking the SMS notification option in your account settings at mycraftstore.us/dashboard/settings
• Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us

After opting out, you will receive no further SMS messages from us until you explicitly re-enable the option. Reply HELP to any message or email support@mycraftstore.us for assistance.

No Sharing of SMS Consent Data

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver transactional order notifications from MyCraftStore. Twilio, Inc. processes message delivery on our behalf as a data processor and is bound by strict data processing obligations.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to:

• Sell counterfeit, illegal, hazardous, or prohibited goods
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Engage in fraudulent transactions, chargebacks abuse, or money laundering
• Harvest or scrape data from the Platform without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful code through the Platform

8. Intellectual Property

The MyCraftStore name, logo, platform design, and underlying software are the property ofTier One Business Services, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform, including product photos, descriptions, and store branding. By uploading content, you grant MyCraftStore a limited, non-exclusive license to display that content on the Platform for the purpose of operating your store.

9. Limitation of Liability

MyCraftStore is a platform provider and marketplace host. We are not a party to transactions between store owners and buyers, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, accuracy of descriptions, or fulfillment of any products sold through the Platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL PLATFORM FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tier One Business Services, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or any products you sell through the Platform.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, that violates these Terms, poses a risk to the Platform or its users, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your store will be taken offline and access to your account will be revoked. Outstanding balances or commissions owed to you will be paid on the normal schedule unless termination was due to fraudulent activity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
