   Add other makers' products to your own store. You earn the commission offered by the maker; the maker handles fulfillment of the sale. A fulfillment email is sent to each maker on an order.

Keep your customers coming back.

Customer Connect is your optional built-in email marketing tool. Grow a subscriber list directly from your storefront, then reach them with beautiful campaigns — new arrivals, show announcements, seasonal promotions — straight to their inbox.

   A subscribe button — built into your store.

   The moment you enable Customer Connect, a "Keep In Touch" button appears in your store's footer. Shoppers opt in with one click. Customers can also opt in from the checkout page. No third-party tools. No configuration. Your list starts growing from day one.

   Send campaigns your customers want to open.

   Write a subject line, add a headline, and craft your message with as many sections as you need — new arrivals, craft show announcements, seasonal offers. Every campaign lands in the inbox professionally formatted with a direct link back to your store.

   No fee to send. Small fee as your list grows.

   You can send unlimited campaign emails at no cost. If you wish to use this optional feature, You only pay two cents per month per subscriber on your list starting at $4 per month for up to 200 subscribers. Additional subscribers over 400 are only 1 cent per month each. See pricing example on the right.

Send promotional offers that only your subscribers can redeem.

Add a discount offer to any Customer Connect campaign and each subscriber automatically receives a personalized promo code — generated and delivered at send time, with no extra steps required from you.

   Each code is generated with the subscriber's first name as a prefix — SARAH gets SARAH-3A7F, JOE gets JOE-E994. Every email feels tailored. No shared coupon codes that end up on discount sites.

   Percent off, fixed amount, or free shipping.

   Choose your discount type, set a value, and optionally cap the maximum discount or require a minimum order. Full control over the offer you're making.

   Codes expire on your timeline.

   Set an expiry from 7 to 365 days. The offer end date is printed right in the email so subscribers know exactly when to act.

   Redeemed at checkout — automatically.

   Shoppers enter their code on your store's Promo Codes page. The discount applies instantly. No manual steps for you or your customer. Promotional discounts are only offered on your own products, not those from other makers. Promotion is displayed on the product detail page.
